You must admit that more people support Obama for purely racial reasons than support McCain for purely racial reasons.

Maybe Phil Gramm is right. We're a nation of whiners. But most would rather continue whining than for things to get better. I can't imagine any regular joe wanting four more years of this.

This started with jimmy carter...The republicans soiled on this man.

That's right we forgot Trader, it's a large block of Blacks that will never vote for a white person.

    How stupid can you get?

That's not necessarily a slam dunk for Obama. He got outperformed by McCain at Saddleback. While that's not technically a debate, it could be a sign of what's to come.

All this popular vote speculation doesn't mean anything. It's all about the electoral college count.

Wow. Did you also know over 90% of black people voted for Clinton, Gore, and even Kerry (well, almost)? Blacks traditionally vote Democrat. It's not changing with Obama.

That might be true. However, you must admit that more people will oppose Obama for purely racial reasons.

I do not accept that. You could just as easily say that AA Obama supporters oppose McCain for the same reason.

    Hardly.

A lot of people are voting for McCain because they don't want a Black president. Likewise, people are voting for Obama because he's Black (I'm sure). There is no way of knowing which is right, but I do know one thing, the KKK is somewhat endorsing McCain...

Its not just people voting against him for the color of his skin.

Obama being black makes it alot easier for the average white person to believe you when you make up stuff and say that he is a muslim, that he has ties to terrorists, that he is actually indonesian, etc etc

or you could just as easily say that blacks always vote democrat, and when there was a black democratic candidate in the primaries in 04, they didn't support him.

He DOES have ties to William Ayers who is a terrorist. And those ties run a lot deeper than the guy "living in the same neighborhood" as Obama alleges. The reason that's constantly brought up is because it's true and he and most of the media are downplaying it.

Those ties don't run deep at all. Obama was a little kid when Ayers committed any crimes. There are zero ties which indicate any kind of personal relationship at all. It's all been members of a board or a person supporting a political candidate.

    The charge is laughable.

In 1995, Obama went to the home of William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn with then-State Senator Alice Palmer when he was looking to launch his political career. He sought their support. And unless he was a complete moron, he knew who they were and what they'd done.

    Oh, and then there's this:
