I just read this on Eric Musselman's blog. (Which is filled with coaching goodness, not only for basketball but for any sport or just life in general) I know that the message within may seem obvious or corny, but it was one I wanted to share here. I am sure Adelman has his own way of dealing with the team, but sometimes an obvious gem like this one I feel compelled to pass on. Edit: I missed the end of the piece when I was copying and forgot the link... duh! http://emuss.blogspot.com/2009/01/there-is-only-one-ball-and-every-player.html
