Blazers had the same record. . .we had the tie breaker

That's true. Harden beating the Clippers would still be the most impressive team he would hypothetically beat in the playoffs.

Depends on PG showing up on Offense.

And on Dallas role players continue to hit everything.

Normally no but bubble bball is the new normal.

I think Kenny Smith said on the show that the Covid 19 break made this bubble experiment a new season and Doncic is like a 3rd season player instead of being in his 2nd year.

Harden had a GW against the 73-win Warriors in the first round in '16.

Just do not be surprised if the series comes down to a buzzer beater by either Luka, Porzingis, Kawhi or even PG.

Or one of the 3 pt shooters.

With Luka have 10 more years?

    No brainer.

Right now? Eh, Harden has the slight edge because of his defense. Luka is absolute magic though, no denying it.

Harden may be better right now but barely. You’d be a homer if you wouldn’t rather have doncic for the future. Sucks he’s in Dallas

This Clippers team has proven nothing prior to this year and despite being a 2 seed, doesn’t exactly have home court advantage in the playoffs. An upset if Dallas beats them but this is a wholly unique situation not comparable apples to apples to anything the Rockets did or didn’t do in the past.

Right now Harden is for sure the better player. His control of the game and ability to get to the basket is still much higher. Buuut at his current trajectory Luka could be the GOAT one day. His second year numbers are better than what Jordan or LeBron were at that age. He has to keep getting better though but I see that he has the ethic to make that happen. Also for the record I've been high on Luka before he was a Mav. I was even a fan before he won his Euro MVP cause I heard about him while researching for the Fultz draft.

Harden is better then everybody. He just lacks the energy that some of the others have. Not sure if it’s fatigue or he simply is at his best by playing at his own pace or waits for the game to come to him. Maybe it’s a team thing or D’antoni thing. Who knows.

But watch Luka’s game winner again. Look at how quick they were able to execute the switch to have Reggie Jackson on Luka rather than Kawhi. Luka was running soon as the whistle blew.

We can’t execute the inbound pass let alone a switch or game winner.

Marcus Morris being Luka’s primary defender and Reggie Jackson consistently ending up on Luka off a switch is like Gallinari being Harden’s primary defender and Schroder consistently ending up on him off a switch

Kawhi and PG have been incredibly disappointing...they’re supposed to be this dynamic defensive duo, but both have rarely taken on the challenge of defending Luka...when they do, they allow the switch to occur incredibly easily...any slight screen, and they’re switching off Luka leaving somebody like Reggie or another much weaker defender to get slaughtered

I said this during the game...it’s like they’re afraid of guarding Luka and possibly getting embarrassed

Ranadive wanted to pick Luka, but Vlade insisted on Bagley—despite the fact that he already knew Luka personally.

That's the main reason Vlade is currently unemployed.

Get your harden bashing and frustration all out because once we win we know you will vanish again

I'd like to see Luka lead NBA in scoring AND steals.

Not to mention the switch defense that Harden is excelling at.

    No way.

    That shot had me shook.

I watched the 4th & OT. Esp in OT Doncic put them on his back.

Doncic reminds me of a 27 year old Harden. @21.

Yeah, they look very timid and soft right now. Kawhi definitely benefited from the likes of Lowry, Siakam and tough bigs around him in Gasol & Ibaka. The team everyone thought could be one of the best wing defending teams of all-time should be heavily scrutinised right now. Doc might need to leave too and make room for Cassell. No way a team that talented should not be putting the Mavs away. It would've been 1-3 had Porzingis not been tossed. Have to hold your guys accountable and Doc is either not doing it or they just not responding.

other's would be fatigued as well without no second superstar

would the rockets be 2-2 with the mavs with low energy harden?
