Can you filter that graph for just players who've won at least 1 round of the playoffs?

Well, it is not just Kellman singing this tune. He is just the latest representative with this narrative that Harden is merely regular season MVP thriving on calls. This narrative has been getting traction in the media lately and some of the posters share similar thoughts about Harden here. So I think it's worth the discussion.

You can eye filter it, ignore the tiny little dot at the left bottom corner(Tmac not CWebb) and that will be it.

James Harden skillset over his whole career has been better than Jordan, At age 28. Phil Jackson forced Michael Jordan to pass to the open shooter (Paxson) Michael Jordan was never really a playmaker he is just an iso player playing within the Triangle offense. Michael is faster and a better defender. Harden is a way better passer than Jordan, and Harden offensively is built like a Runningback, and ironically passes like a Quarterback from half court to Capela. Harden is an excellent 3 point shot creator. Jordan 3 point shot percentage wise was around 28 %. Jordan arguments can be overrated sometimes because Jordan can't guard the only player he has ever can't stop Mahmoud Abdul Rauf. Harden is smarter and thinks deeply, I think Chris Paul helped Harden even more.

Yeah cause regular, puny, Curry-sized guards can take contact the way Harden does right?

Cause any other guard could stand his ground against big men in the paint the way Harden does right?

Pls stop acknowledging this clown. He's literally paid to **** post on the air and you guys keep falling for the bait.

    I get the Harden homerism
but he's not better than MJ.
the music he listens to is not better than that MJ.
And he's not a better passer than that other MJ.

You guys think he's MJ and you are Peter Parker.

If the Bulls met the Nuggets in the first round, Nuggets definitely are eliminating the Bulls. Mahmoud is unstoppable, plus Denver thin air, Plus Mutombo blocking shots. Nuggets as a 1st seed eliminated the Sonics 1st seed vs Nuggets 8th seed.

Michael Jordan vs SG of the 90s John Starks, Reggie Miller, Mitch Richmond, Kerry Kittles, Vernon Maxwell, Jeff Hornacek, Chris Mullen, Byron Scott, Clyde Drexler, Dominuque Wilkins, 18 yr old Kobe Bryant. There wasn't really big competition 1 on 1 vs Jordan skillset midrange game, Lowpost fadeaway shot.

He basically read an article which does exist breaking down what harden's physical abilities are in certain areas. Jumping, sprinting, ect. It said Harden was normal in everything but elite in deceleration. This article didn't include ability to take contact on drives and things like that though and was produced several years ago.

Max Kellerman is just some dude that was good on camera with the confidence that he knows what he is talking about, which he doesn't. They don't care about accuracy of content, they care about marketability.

True, It’s that ability to stop on a dime that separates Harden from so many. But not true that Harden
only stops quickly. He also accelerates well. Jumps really high too.

That one ability elevates Harden to elite levels in so many offensive tasks such as: Iso, Cuts, PnR, all drives
in general. It’s like saying Barry Sanders was only good at deceleration...he could also turn and accelerate
    quickly.

Just amazing that Harden can do it at his size.

I actually thought he was somewhat complimentary to Hardens defense and overall ability, which was a shock for me. I can feel the conflict inside him... good...... good............

Why do you hate the current rocket players? Harden is more efficient offensively that MJ ever was. If Harden was as selfish as Jordan, he would average over 35 points also.

See how MJ always tries to go over the screen. He would be torched by Harden if he that. Harden would be at the rim picking up fouls off of Rodman and Longley.

Dude. I hate the current Clutchfans koolaid, not the squad.

I think Hakeem is better than Clint Capella. Does that make me hate Clint Capella?
You really think Harden is better than Michael Jordan? We are talking about overall player.

And you are a veteran poster, and you know the rules of the NBA have changed. And you've seen the Bulls win 6 championships.

Wake up. When we win the title a couple more times then we can start talking about legends.
