    That photoshop of Melo in Lin's jersey was all over sports talk radio up here when it was posted. Knowing Cuban as I do, I can guarantee that was part of the pitch to Parsons along with backing up the Brink's armored car full of $$$.

    thats really really strange to hear...either they know something or Donnie Nelson is feuding with Cuban and doesn't really want Parsons

    sounds like they don't really want parsons. I would have been in maury's lawn with a boombox in the air, ala say anything, to wake him up this morning a hand him the paperwork.

    I guess the S&T is still on the table until the offer becomes officially official (i.e. the Rockets get it in their hands). As of right now, the Mavs could put the contract in the shredder and poof. Once the league office is notified, it's game on.

    question would be if the offer isnt submitted then wouldnt that mean Dallas still has cap space?

    if we could get a trade exception to use after bosh for one of the other small forwards (that are good at like....defense), i'd be all over that.

    So if the clock starts tonight (let's say 7pm), that means we have until 7pm Sunday to dump contracts, sign Bosh, and then sign Parsons. You'd like to think that James would've have made his decision by Saturday.
