    Thank you TinMan for bringing back this comparison. I believe I brought this up a while back ago and people just laughed. But before you youngsters dismiss the comparisons ask yourselves what Jeremy Lin's playoff success has been. Nyk- did not play.. Houston Rockets- choked... got injured... yada yada yada... Matt Maloney the overpaid scrub got us to the Western Conference finals.

    I'd kill to have the clutch 3 point shooter and PG that knew who he was supposed to give the ball to that was Matt Maloney.

    I some of you LOFs don't realize he was a starter on e last truely greats rockets team

    Matt Maloney got destroyed by Stockton was exposed for what he really is, just a specialist.

    I'm wondering if Lin is being exposed for what he is.

    We've all seen maloney's career, it has yet to be seen if lin's total career would reach such prestige.

    Matt Maloney made $17mil over the course of his career. That's freaking INSANE in retrospect. Especially since the cap back then is like 1/2 of what it is today.
