    Matt Jackson 610 - suggesting that MoTay for DA is going down

    ...going down.

    Just passing this along. was at game tonight. heard matt jackson suggesting that motay is heading out for DA. He didn't give details. He said that if what he is hearing goes down, the last of the prior team is getting shipped out. He then mentioned the Motay for DA trade. if someone knows more, pls clarify.

    I thought Mo T was going to play tonight. I saw him shooting around during pregame about 6:00 to 6:30. Some little ball-girl was pretending to guard him and he was cracking jumpers. I went to go get some grub and didn't see him any after that. Kinda weird??

    If DA plays like he did tonight, then welcome. They should have just held a ceremony at halfcourt where DA and Mo exchange jerseys. We could all say goodbye to mo properly.

    By the way, did matt jackson metion this on his post game show or were you talking to him at the game?

    DA is a great Shooter, he also attacks the rim pretty hard. his game will help yao to no extent. he can attack the rim hence drawing a double team anf feding it to the open man under the bucket. he can als sit from beyond the arch and swish it all night.

    This is a good thing. Mo T is just a disgruntled player on this team. He had his chance for a while. But Anderson was a real key when San Antonio was winning before Ginobli.

    Yao; Mutumbo
    Howard; Padgett; Weatherspoon
    McGrady;
    Wesley; Anderson; Gaines
    Sura; Barry; Strickland

    Anderson really helps this team because he adds defense. Barry has passsing and shooting, but his defense is not near Andersons ability.

    Ok,

    I saw DA play tonight, and I was wrong about him.

    He can be a very good contributor, it does leave us really thin at the 4, but I think Mo T may have developed into a cancer.

    Bring on DA...just don't give up a first round pick too.

    Update -

    on 610, Jackson clarified that the deal has been long rumored. Portland offered DA for Taylor, but the Rox had not accepted yet. Today after the game, DA said that he had been told he would be traded to the Rockets.

    Yeah!!! A viable rotation player for overpaid ******. Hmm. sounds good to me. who has details on DA's contract?

    Did you hear this on the radio or did you meet him at the game?

    We all know how Matt Jackson is not the best source for Rocket news. Remember, he teased his show this summer by saying that he knows the solution for PG, only to jabber on about how HE FEELS they should trade for Van Exel.

    Matt Jackson just said that Anderson, after the game, was asked about the possible trade, and that he answered that he believed that he will be traded to the Rockets.

    Well, might as well do it before POrtland flies out of town.

    I guess they are close to trading away one of thier PFs. I thought it was weird how Randolph wasn't even starting. Does anyone know why Abdur-Rahim wasn't playing? I hadn't heard that he was hurt.
