I didn't see Dee Brown tonight...Bull just gave a solid effort, but nothing special.

they all tore into him there, except Al Jaffe, who thought Bull did fine. It seems as if the judges' responses are being taylored around their preconceived decision to pick Dee Brown.

The only one who tore into Bullard in the last segment was Stephen A. Smith. I thought everyone else was fine.

Yah well, clearly Dee was going to win, he showed more knowledge, although Bullard was more systematic in his speech and did slightly better in interviewing people, Dee just looked more confortable out there.

I am bias towards Bull of course, but I don't think he was good enough.

Yah well, there is no shame in 2nd place.

I guess SR 610 can offer him a job instead;) :p

Like I said before, it's not like he's out of work...he does have the Comets games.

It sure didn't seem like he was very prepared.

I believe Bullard said he wasn't going to prepare until the day before the show? It seems that would certainly explain that.

    Bull's always got a home at 610.

That would have been awesome. He did great though.

Who thinks the america vote was rigged? If Dee Brown was the majority pick, by the judges, then the last thing ESPN wanted was a different vote from america.

I thought Bull did fine until the Rapid FIre. Then the skit with Saunders was a mess. Funny thing is that it was a Rockets game. I think if they could have showed a different team and let him be more spontaneous he might have been better. He just didn't have the element of surprise.

That's ok Bull. I'm sure you'll have plenty of work in H-Town.

ESPN hired Stephen A Smith - Nuff said.

Bull blew it - I think he thought it was a different Rox-Spurs game - he should have nailed that one

oh well... he still speaks and interviews better than Dee - just Dee has all those meanless stats and facts to throw out there

Although Dee Brown WAS better than everyone else on the show, it wasn't head and shoulders like all the judges were making it out to be. Yes, he had stats, but it was just like he was spitting them out: no mention of WHY these stats are meaningful or even relevant. It was just like a "Hey, I liked that show Stump the Schwab and now I want to be the Schwab..."

Unfortunately, Bull couldn't make a comeback against the love-in everyone had with Dee Brown...
