Mass protests form against Islamic extremism in Benghazi.

This is a cool freaking story. Can't believe an argument can brew after an OP like that. Of course, I can believe it; it's just ridiculous.

 

These images actually made me tear up. I am touched that these people chose to stand up and make these declarations. They are putting themselves in serious danger. Thugs and gangs rule the streets of Libya and parts of Egypt, where there is lawlessness Al-Qaida and associated groups have moved in to promote their agenda. It's why Iraq and Afghanistan haven't cleaned up, and won't until there is a stable and sufficient policing force that can expel these groups.

I hope most Americans realize that, in general, Muslims and Arabs do not hate America. There are groups who repeatedly attack us and our interests, but it is not the population, it's mostly foreign groups who are using the respective revolutions to infiltrate and establish their non-secularist views.
