    I never really played this game back in the day, but I am massively excited to play it now.

    If this game is popular enough I could see Marvel wanting to get back in the game with Capcom. Maybe renew the license and squeeze out MvC3. I swear Marvel licenses out its rights to the absolute worst places... They had things right but now their video games, toys, and Wolverine/Spiderman movies, are all currently licensed to the worst possible places.

    anybody can update me on how Capcom is able to rerelease the game? I thought that was the whole ordeal why it was never reissued after EA had exclusive rights with Marvel to release games for it, which were crap btw

    I think EA and Marvel ended their partnership a while back (don't think Marvel was happy with EA's games). Although having said that, I don't even think the deal was exclusive. Activision was making Marvel games as well. Never really looked into it, so maybe I'm misunderstanding something.

    I think it was just a matter of Marvel giving permission to Capcom.

    Definitely going to download the demo and purchase it when it's released. You'll murder me in this game, but I'll play you anyways and try to learn from you.

    I don't think I'd pay 60$ for this, its mainly novelty since it was imbalanced. A new MvC but everyone will still pick Cable Ryu Storm Sentinel or Magneto.

    I'll give you Cable and Ryu. However, not the others. Furthermore there will be 40+ characters so that means new "everyone picks them" characters.

    people like Ryu in MVC2? I've never played a pro Ryu player, I usually stick with Magneto, Storm, Psylocke. I do like messing around with all of them though!
