I didn't love the first movie, I thought the editing and flow of the movie sucked. My wife, on the other hand, absolutely loved it and says it's her second favorite MCU movie after Thor: Ragnarok. Still, it's an MCU movie and I'll watch it. Yes, she was. I hope not. I have no problem with feminism and gender equality but let's back it up a little bit.
Neckbeards and incels on the internet love to hate on Larson. Every once in a while ill come across an article on some movie or comic book site claiming that Marvel was about to fire her and it always features repeated use of "SJW" and "woke" as pejorative and just absolutely drips with hatred.
Same with my GF but I think BP is her #2. And no #3 for her, she dislikes all the rest I'm pretty sure.
blekpanther was dope af #ripkingtchalla captain marvel otoh was like ironman 3. i didn't even remember what it was about a month after watching it. also the sam l jackson lookalike they casted to play young nick fury wasn't that great.
his performance and the killmonger character wasn't anything special. maybe people were talking about how being in marvel movies will do wonders to your popularity and career like. they have for many actors. especially since people are speculating on the character's return.
it was a good villain, tho wasn't goat like everyone was saying. but it would be great if he comes back and becomes blekpanther, since killmonger is a far better fighter than tchalla. would much prefer him than shuri
iono, is that even star wars canon? besides no one saw that movie and even those that watched it doesn't know it exist
I don’t want them to make another fantastic four movie They can never get doctor doom right He’s not the elephant man
Will this be the movie we've all been waiting for, ... Spoiler where Captain Marvel develops a single interesting facial expression?
I like Brie Larson from United States of Tara and Scott Pilgrim but wasn't a fan of Captain Marvel....hope this is better than the first.....
+1 I had issues with CM1 being woke (including where she pointedly says 'I don't have to listen to you any more!' when she beats up Jude Law (men)) and poorly directed (especially the action scenes). Bottom 5 in the MCU IMO.
