So what's the Civil War storyline about? I'm a confessed DC fanboy, but the idea of superheroes forming groups against each other sounds awesome in this MCU! I wanna know who would side with who? Spanning the entire MCU, we'd have Cap, Iron Man, Hulk, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Fury, Thor, War Machine, Falcon, Ant-Man, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Black Panther, Dr. Strange, Starlord and his Guardians. Quite the war.
I love all these comic book movies but I'm not too familiar with it either but it does sound extremely exciting!
Basically, there's backlash when when things get out of control on a gloriffied episode of American Idol for Superheroes. Then, Johnny Storm gets a bottle over the head for cutting some Affliction bro in line at The Drake on Washington (which was popular back then). Then everyone is butthurt over it. Half of it doesn't make sense to me, you have some robot Thor running around and Tony Stark has to keep talking to some sonless MILF that wants in his pants. A hero has to die before Johnny Storm is allowed back into The Drake and Mr Fantastic gets laid one last time.
Only the MCU movies? Iron man, Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Iron Man 2, The Avengers, Iron Man 3, Thor 2, Cap 2, Guardians of the Galaxy Ant Man, Avengers 2, Dr. Strange, Cap3 is the order for what is coming up I believe.
From 2000 on... I've seen Daredevil, but what started this craze? Plus I would like to see them in some kind of order.
Didn't Downey Jr say somewhere that the only way he would do another Iron Man was if Mel Gibson was directing it?
Marvel just released the cover for the new comic book civil war story line they are doing: Spoiler If they are really going to sync the story lines, it sure does look like Marvel is going to need to license Spider Man from Sony. The cover art shows Iron Man and Captain America literally (and presumably metaphorically) trying to pull Spider Man away from each other. I would assume they've at least discussed it with Sony if they've started to go ahead with it.
