and this is the reason why ariza must come off the bench. He can't play the 2 like Martin, and you shouldn't force him to either.

Ariza getting injured during this stretch could be the best thing for the rockets in the long-run.

Yeah, Clutchfan is cool with Kevin for tonight. One false move and they will turn on him faster as ****.

It was looking good until Brooks went back to hogging the ball at the end of the game.

Then the Spurs got back in it.

I dont think he was hogging the ball so much as not finishing his plays.

I think it is a little premature to declare Martin a bust or boom after just a few games. Give the man a couple weeks and then we will start to see where this goes.

LOL, only on Clutchfans have I seen 37% shooting with 24 FGA described as a "coming out party." If Tmac did that we'd hear all about what an inefficient ballhog he is.

33 points on 24 FGA is pretty damn good.

    Nearly 1.4 PPS.

Just leave Clutchfans so you can put yourself out your misery. You only have bad things to say about anything.

Has T-Mac ever gone 14/14 from the line?

Martin will put up 40 in one of the next 5 games. The ability to get to the line is invaluable for a scorer. When his shot starts falling, he will be unstoppable.

Yep he was 9/20 but missed his last 4 shots which he was pissed about in the post-game interview directly after the game.

Maybe all the doubters and non-believers will finally see what alot of us fans here saw. Martin is gong to be a great player for the Rockets, and teem him up with Brooks/Lowry We are going to give teams some havoc. Please lets try supporting our players instead of always throwing them under the bus

Ok then, why not just say he was 9/9 on the shots he made?

Put him at the other wing, and bring Battier off the bench.

I really doubt that Adelman benches Ariza instead of Battier.

Either way, I'll take the 33 pts on 24 shots all day.

You must have your blinders on bc I'm excited about what I saw out there today. Our backcourt looks set for a few seasons.

I can't wait for Yao's return and a little more fine tuning by DM. This team has a lot of potential.
