Not to hijack the thread but in my opinion the way to beat phoenix is to double team nash on that pick 'n roll and force him to pass off to the roller. Diaw was the hero in game 1 but every time he was forced to shoot that jumper.....he was short on it. Kenny Smith was right when he said that youve got to give up one aspect when guarding Steve Nash. You either have to conceed the 15 or so assists that hes gonna get or the 30 points he will score if you defend him 1-on-1 but you cannot allow him to get both or you have no chance to win the game. I say that avery johnson will make adjustments on that pick and roll so that Dirk isnt switching off on Nash time after time.
