    # of titles the jazz won playing "dirty"-zero.:) zero.:)
you will never know the pleasure i get out of knowing that flopping, elbow-throwing, complaining punks like carl malone and jon stockton will never hoist that trophy up over their heads.

it has nothing to do with sportsmanship. it is just totally weak for dudes that size to be flopping across the floor. as a fan i am insulted everytime it happens. it shows a lack of respect for yourself and the game

    I hate flopping as well.

My main point is that if other teams are doing it to gain an advantage, then complaing aobut it doesn't help any.

You have to fight fire with fire, even with something as wussy as flopping.

I just care about wins, I don't care about how we get them. We're a .500 team, I'm not going to be picky about the wins.

he was a rocket though! therefore he was cool.
that was my earlier point. madsen is the kind of player that only laker fans could like. to me, he is as annoying as jimmy fallon.

I guess I am too objective of a fan, to see things the way most fans on this site do.

i see where you are comming from, but i would hate to see any rockets that were floppers like vlade or malone or madsen. i just wish that the refs would not tolerate any of it, than people would stop doing it.

I want to see it, if it helps the Rockets.

If we just flopped and got a call once tonight, we might have won the game.

    Madsen is such a spaz.

After he does anything remotely good he jumps up into the air, clicks his heels, and then skips down court yelling stuff like "YEAH BOYEE!" and pointing to Shaq or Kobe who promptly look away in complete and utter shame.

    I hate Madsen:mad:

But I would love to have someone like him on the team. The guy clearly use his brain, unlike some of our players who have superior talents but their heads seem to stuff with peanuts.

I wonder how someone so friggin uncoordinated could possibly be in the nba. I hate the Rambis reference's when they talk about Madsen. Madsen doesn't have anywhere near the talent. He is an actor. An ugly, freakish, flopp footed, no dancing, schmuck!!!!!!!!!!

but i guess i do like his hustle. It just reminds me of the kind on the playground with zero talent that runs all over the damn court making your head spin. You just want to tell him to give up. Now how in the hell does someone like that make it into the nba? Shouldn't the talent level and the salaries make the desire of everyone else high enough so that a no talent hack wouldn't have a spot on the roster?

Flopping is not cheating, it is just over emphasizing an offensive foul.

Heck the officials will not call an offensive foul unless you flop.

If Yao would learn to flop he could at least get some calls against Shaq...it was ridiculous last night.

Shaq has talent, but his biggest talent is that he is a brute.

Flopping calls aren't what get me. What I can't stand is when a player goes in the air for a shot, knocks the other player down, and gets called for charging. When a player goes in the air for a layup with a purpose, he should be allowed to get the shot attempt, regardless if some tool is standing in the lane with his arms crossed in front of him. If the defender gets knocked down, it should be a non-call. If you're going to stand there, at least challenge the shot, you p***y!! What's worse, these players that take lots of charges get labelled as smart defenders. THis whole "inside the circle" BS is weak, because players are so athletic these days that they can get a decent shot off while leaping from the free throw line

Yeah, he kinda reminds me of this one guy who used to play with my group of ballers. He really hustled hard, I'll give him credit for that. He was giving 100% effort. But unfortunately, he wasn't coordinated, and furthermore, he didn't know what the heck he was doing. So he was a liability; an injury waiting to happen. Actually, once, he totall cut my legs out from under me while I was up in the air for a layup, and I really screwed my elbow upon landing. Mark Madsen reminds me of that guy.

Other players I dislike include: Malik Rose & Cherokee Parks.

thanks fellas (and gellas)! keep em comming. jo mama wants more!
someone said "spaz"-that is perfect. he is a total annoying spaz.

cherokee parks may be annoying, but his sister is totaly hot. i cant remember her first name, but she used to play bass in this ac/dc southern rock style band called "nashville p***y."

she is this 6'4'' large breasted amazonian type who actually used to spit fire upon the crowd while playing. i used to see that band all the time and than she quit. she was HOT. i will look for a pic to put up. hey it beats that lisa miloski chick.

Madsen is the kind of guy that is very annoying unless he's on your team (then you'll love him).

Madsen is a liability on the court - especially on the offensive end. The Lakers are one of the few teams that can afford to have Madsen on the court since Shaq and Kobe are such dominant forces. Come playoff time, Madsen probably won't get much playing time because teams like the Kings and Mavs will exploit the hell out of him.

As far as the "you'll love him if he's on your team..." stuff, that's a joke. He can't do much offensively. He can't do much defensively. He just takes up space. Shiet, I'd charge him admission if I were the Lakers.
