Why does he need to say who he wants to play with?

Jeremy drops 45 pts. Is that Faried? Carl's boy, Machado, is in the game.

Judging by the hysteria by both parties, I guess Lin is not traded for now?

Just watched the post draft press conference

    Key points from Morey's comments:

    - was targeting isaiah big time
    - Canaan will be a great 3rd PG in our line-up
    - Will start with the Vipers and play most of his time down there
    - Canaan is a great shooter which we cant get enough off
    - good smaller guards always go lower in the draft (used JLin as an example? undrafted)
    - Our Free Agency plans constrained what moves we could make in the draft, considering cap room.
    - McHale doesnt have much input by choice

    Was this recent?

I thought he was slacking off in Hawaii.
Why is he working so hard?

He's afraid of being traded? Hahaha!

This is my own assessment of the news about Lin maybe being available. Sounds like Howard is locked and loaded for Houston. Woot!

I hope Lin can stay, but if you have to move Lin to get Howard, that's going to get done. And that could mean a lot of things, such as clearing out space to sign Howard buddy Josh Smith.

What we're saying is that from an on court performance he is not worth the 22 million dollar contract. He is however still a cash cow in a marketing sense. If anyone doesn't believe that then they are just kidding themselves. MSG stocks rose when Linsanity happened and Maxxis, a taiwanese tire company, sure as hell didn't sponsor the Houston Rockets because of Garcia or Asik. There is probably some team who wants to rebuild but still sell tickets and make some money that will bite his contract because they'll kind of make money the back from things like taiwanese sponsorship. To say that no one asia will watch or care about the Rockets is a joke. There are still alot of Yao Ming fans on this board that still follow this team because of him. Yao played his heart out for Houston and even played until he pretty much could not walk anymore.

So our starting PG that helped us into the playoffs is gone because we took a PG with the 34th pick. Can we just start tagging people as LOF/LOH?

Lets all keep in mind we dont need the cap room until the 10th. Trades can still happen until then. Beasley was traded during that time as well. 76ers and Kings still need PGs

Because you said he wants to play with Asik. Actualy Asik should be traded first because Lin is the starting PG. It's kind of waste of money to keep Asik and Howard together. Of course he can tell Parsons whom he likes to play. The fact is Lin got a lot of attention when he played good game. Howard is a very selfish guy. How can he stand that. He is the next Carmelo Anthony. trade Lin to lakers. He will have his favorite coach who supports and trust him.

Wow, that's great. But Rockets will not be happy for that. They don't want Lin have so many points. That will make Harden, Howard terrible.

As long as it makes the Rockets better. I wonder what the Omer's trade value is right now.

You are such a selfish and narrow minded person. No wonder many people complain here, full of jealousy and terrible fans.

    Thanks.

Lin's crossover looked sharp, he scorched that opponent PG time and again. Was that Machado guarding him?

Dropping 45pts sounds impressive but it was all just blowing by people to the basketball. We already know he's one of the quickest and most explosive PGs in the NBA. I want to see highlights of him lighting it up from outside. Once he can shoot the 3 with confidence, he's gonna be hard to stop.

Let's hope he can improve his outside shop and go on a tear for us next season.

very HIGH. Right now he is the second best interior defender in the league behind Dwight who will most likely replace him. A big like him who is a 10 points 11 boards 2 blocks with suffocating interior defense can have a massive net value.

I'm sorry. I answered to the wrong thread. Ignore the one I wrote before. I fully support your idea.
