now that would be nice. one of my favorites since before he entered the nba draft. unfortunately, he might have to camp out for threes. he too would need to increase from 34% to 78% from threes. :p

Now everyone knows about him....even if he wasn't known to many before...

And if Lin isn't traded, it doesn't discredit him either, as he mentioned that he thinks Lin stays.

But got more famous because of this, no?

For people asking "Who is Mark Deeks?", the answer seems to be:

The person the Rockets organization chose to leak this information to.

And that could make sense. Rockets seem to want to get this out, but they may choose to give to a relative unknown rather than a big name guy. That happens, particularly if there could be blowback.

Anyway it sounds like this Meeks brother is REAL hot on BEV. Good for him, could be BEV's connection to a european leagues, which I get the impression which he keeps a lookout for.

But heck maybe Lin gets traded, but no point dumping trash on him.

I think he did improve surprising well in the regular season. In the playoffs, he sucked, but heck the whole team sucked in the first game. And unfortunately he got injured in the next game, tried to comeback, but was obviously affected by it (he had trouble lifting his arms). Whatever it is he was CRUCIAL in getting rockets into the playoffs.
That game win over Clippers without Parsons and Harden. Could Bev stepped up and take over like that? I doubt it.

That said, sure BEV's a better fit now, lol so was Tony Douglas (I love TD).

I am not sure if you are being sarcastic or not. Can somebody tweet Snowden to get confirmation?

Why is Meeks saying now he thinks Lin is staying? I'm confused.

You break a major story by saying Rockets looking to trade Lin then you discount your own saying Lin is staying.

Yep. I wonder if he even watched the games. Bev got a lot of opportunities. He played all of the 4th quarter a handful of times and also had opportunity with Lin hurt during the playoffs and though Bev was solid he was not hugh.

Seriously I can't wait to witness Dwight/Lin pick and rolls, if Lin stays.

Forgive the pun but a 5'11 pg has a relatively "low" ceiling

Shopping a player doesn't mean there will be any takers. No other team wants Lin, that is guaranteed. Lin's contract is untradeable.

Mark Deeks owns and operates ShamSports, and doesn’t do much else with his time. He is even more not-Canadian than Trey Kerby, being born, raised and stuck in England. When not writing about basketball, he can be found either appearing on game shows, inventing character names for non-existent sitcoms, or Googling his own name.

    LOL!

Well he's not saying anything we don't already know. We should already know this with Moreys history, like Carl said 99% of players get discussed in trades this isnt really anything. Stick a fork in this

Lin to sixers? After they overpaid for Nerlens with the Jrue trade. They might need a PG?

Pity, because I think Lin has the potential to be great....somehow not with Houston though.

But this Mark Deeks guys, makes that tweet, then thinks personally that Lin will stay. How confusing? (searching for more followers?)

    I am not being sarcastic.

I don't know this guy, personally. But if David Aldridge retweeted him and the guy says he has real sources, then you have to take it seriously.
