I disagree. It's one thing to commit a hard foul, but that's not what this was. Watch it again. It was a cheap shot by a player who had gotten out-worked on the possession. I don't think Fisher is a thug, but it was definitely a thuggish move on his part. He's not a player known for that sort of behavior.

Well another guy you could say has made some dirty fouls is James Posey but he's not referred to as a thug. I just don't get how what Kenyon Martin does makes him a thug but players in the day were not referred to as thugs.
It's not just the dirty fouling, IMO. It's arguing with the coach, refusing to play because he's pissed, talking s#&t to fans and the media. That's my opinion of a thug in the NBA, not anyone who has sold drugs or done a drive-by . . .

And that wouldn't be a bad thing. I did say it was a win-win scenario. I'd give Cuban a fighting chance though.
