    I would like to see the teams that "deserve" the championship actually playing the Finals. However, as long as there is a marquee favorite in the league, we'll never be guaranteed that will happen. See: Kings '02.

    Mainly, because they watched them. The Kings-Lakers from a few years back was the most heinous example, but this was worse because it decided the Finals.

    Mavs up 2-0, pwning the Heat....and out of nowhere, it became a foul to be within 3 feet of Wade when he had the ball inside the arc.

    Even if Stern didn't order "the hit"...no straight-laced commissioner would have allowed that officiating to happen for 4 straight games.


    No, not rigged. He just confirmed what JVG cried about: the league ordered the refs to change how they were calling the games (after game 1 or 2) and started cracking on Yao hard core over moving screens.
