Didn't he also say the Mavs are better off without Dwight during the summer?

So Dwight made a mistake by not choosing the Mavs, but the Mavs are better off without him.

I'm not really sure how that calculates.

Hey Cuban...your team sucks so bad, they have to go Hack-A-Howard with 8 minutes to go IN THE 3RD QUARTER.

Still wondering why he didn't come there?

Why Dwight wouldn't want to play with Vince Carter's ghost is beyond me ... huge mistake IMHO.

I remember a couple years ago when Magic said on national TV that Carter's knees were gone. . . . I knew it must be serious for him to be saying that openly on national TV.

It's kind of sad watching aging superstars having to reach in their bag of tricks and take advantage of the refs looking away on defense in order to keep their edge during the later stages of their career. Dirks elbow on Dwight was really unecessary. There's no way a 36 year old 7'0 stretch forward should feel like throwing elbows because he couldn't speed dribble around quite possibly the greatest athlete the NBA has seen approaching 7 ft (that wasn't a toothpick). But it most be very difficult to cope with losing athleticism, especially amongst the dominant elite that already consists of fractions of fractions of the general population, alongside the bevy of egos, smacktack, and media empire that is global sports today.
