About Savage..... (his real name is Michael Weiner) Anyone who has listened to this guy knows he harps and harps on how hollywood is full of nymphomaniacs and sex...... Well then later I found out that Savage actually created the engergy drink "Rockstar" and now his son is the owner of Rockstar. I still listen to John and Lance in the morning except with they have the LSU segment (WTF? Aren't we in Texas?). I'd still like to hear a little more Rocket talk from them, and everyone else for that matter. I listen to Pruiett and The Boner on 97.5 on the way home. BTW Chance, I really like Jeremy's news segment at 6:05 every morning. Very well done and it's a great way to wake up. Does Jeremy put that whole thing together himself?

Rich Lord is an Astros hater. Did anyone else get the impression last year that he wanted the astros to fail just so he could be right about his prediciton and not have to wear the Springsten sucks shirt. He was always quick to hate on the Stros and point out their weaknesses. It got really old. I liked when Rich and Charlie had a show together because Charlie would always put Rich in his place by ripping his weak takes on sports. Now Rich just kind of walks all over Marc, and we have to put up with his nonsense and lame jokes.
I thoughtr they were going to change the Southwest Greens of Texas (or whatever) commercial because of all the breathing.
yeah...i got that big-time from Rich. i agree..whether he was or wasn't, he certainly came off like he was rooting against the 'stros in the playoffs.
I thought that too until Jeremy Foster verified that Rich was hooting and hollering in the playoffs during Game 4 of the Atlanta series.
It's very different from the original Stevens and Pruiett show. Obviously Stevens is gone, but they're a little more laid back now. Anytime a comic comes in town to do a show, they'll have him on and they'll all go back and forth for an hour. It's really like Boner's show now with Pruiett as the sidekick, which is good because I've always thought Boner was the funniest of the 3. Give it a try. 2-5 on 97.5.
I chose Charlie Palillo although I don't listen every day. To me Rich and Mark are pretty bad and I did like Rich when he was with Charlie. Charlie alone doesn't bother me as much as others I guess because we are similar with the sarcasm/negative-seeming attitude and the way our brains work. When I listen it is like a game to try to remember things (names, stats, teams, whatever) before he does. I guess even when he is not that interesting I can still respect him more than the other two. Never heard Matt and Adam because I don't listen to the radio at night. I can almost guarantee that I would like them better than Rich and Mark. Oh yeah, Charlie's intro music was brought up...it is beyond horrible. It is offensively bad and annoying. At least they shortened it, though.
I wish they could screen the callers a bit better. I almost feel bad for the dumbasses that call in the show sometimes. Its almost better to have guests on the show or just talk about whatever. I like John and Lance in the AM, but Granato is kind of a homer. Plus I get sick of hearing him pimp 1-800-BRITESMILE.
I heard him say a couple days ago they were going to change it for season 2, which is coming up. He said, "We've heard about enough of that."
i flip but i listen to charlie more. he talks more astros and rockets and there's not a freaking texan on every hour. i think i listen to rich and mark like someone else said, out of loyalty to 610 since they've been around so long. if charlie was the one who stayed i'd probably never go to 690. matt and adam are the ****. chance put them in drive-time immediately.
