Sexy moves generally happen at the top of the draft, somewhere we do not want to be. Sexy is overrated. I don't care how we get good players, as long as we get them. No one cares if you're an undrafted FA. If you can ball, you're welcome here. David Carr was a sexy pick. Arian Foster wasn't. Who would you rather have?

    That is a terrible comparison.

I'm just pointing out that the sexiness of a move has NOTHING to do with how good of a move it is. Sometimes sexy moves work out great. Sometimes they dont. Same goes for under-the-radar moves.

2nd half, Colts were going right to left on the TV I think. That would've made it the 4th quarter.

Yup it was the fourth quarter the last field goal they kicked if I am not mistaken.

Totally different set of circumstances you are comparing. Jerry Jones has been playing GM ever since he bought the team. As GM, he has been a complete failure: 1 playoff win in 14 years - team currently 1-6 and dead last in the NFC East - about to dismiss yet another head coach - questionable drafts and free agent signings - the list goes on and on. His ego is so great, he is so vain that after 15 years, he simply cannot admit to his shortcomings as a GM and so the Cowboys continue to wax and wane under his stewardship.

Bob McNair, on the other hand, was near genius at bringing football back to Houston and in getting a new stadium built. He's been absolutely clueless about everything else concerning a pro football operation: GM, Head Coach, scouting staff - you name it and he has no idea what to do, who to hire and how to run his operation which is why the Texans are where they find themselves today.

his current coaching staff has a winning record, people are freaking out about losing to a team that was in the super bowl and they lost on their turf. relax

it seemed to me as if he venting about something, but it didnt look like he was yelling at the coach, more like he was just complaining about something to him. Maybe the colts were doing something that was irritating him or a teammate screwed up.
