omg Mrdave is the biggest douche in the history of this bbs. He has really outdone himself this time. For the record the Titans aren't going to make the playoffs either. The Texans future looks more promising as well. Mrdave will either disappear or become a Texan fan in the next 5 years. (or a fan of which ever team picks up VY once the Titans dump him)
Titans posts annoy me. But at least mrdave is actually here and taking his lumps, not hiding under a rock like some of the others. Additionally, he gave props to Mario for his performance. The guy's a Titans fan--of course he's going to predict Titans success next year. The best thing is to just hope our Texans beat their ASSES into DUST next year, twice!
its all good, i know some of my posts will piss people off and i get a good laugh at the name calling. like you said i really do think mario shouldve been picked for the pro bowl, i dont think people should get that upset about it. as pointed out a lot of players decline to go (which was only reason why vince went last year). i never once commented on how he was in the pro bowl his 1st year because it doesnt mean much in the large scheme of things. I would much rather the titans make playoffs then any 1 person award. i do hope texans improve and have seen improvement this year, but I still think they have years to go before they really can compete for the playoffs. Titans arent impressing anyone either but they are still in the wild card race and thats the goal, to make the playoffs.
Mrdave is NOT a Titans fan. He is a Vince Young fan. Lets not confuse the two. Someone please find me a post that proved Mrdave was a titan fan BEFORE they drafted Vince Young.

I have to disagree with you about Jason Taylor. That guy has literally been playing his ass off week in and week out on an absolutely POS football team. All the while, his attitude has never wavered nor did his detrmination to win. He was so instrumental in their win on Sunday that he was awarded a game ball. He definitely is deserving in my book. I have to agree with what Jesse Solomon blogged about the voting: As I posted earlier, he'll still most likely wind up in Honolulu because there is always a high dropout count for this game.
i wouldn't exactly say he's here to take his lumps. he pretty much disappeared after the Panthers game. sine then, he's taking a "wait and see" approach. he's just showing up now b/c the Titans are in the playoff hunt while the Texans are not. i know for a fact he's not JUST a VY, but and an actual Titans fan. people wound'nt have a problem with that if he didn't interject with his trollish posts so much.
I didnt disappear at all, I just avoided making any posts related to the texans because it was getting ridiculous with titans/texans VY/non VY fans mud slinging. It wasnt my intention to turn this thread into that but I guess my "pwned" remark stirred up trouble. its pretty clear any post i make in any texans related thread will just be responded with "hes a douche" "screw the titans" "VY SUX!!" no matter how rationale my posts are. At the same time there are plenty of titan haters who come into vince threads or titans game threads and do the exact same thing.
What was funny is that was my exact thought when the Titans drafted Vince. "They're just getting McNair 2.0" as for mrdave, I've already been banned from the board over his douchebaggery, my advice to you all would be to put your ignore lists to good use.

You act like you didn't play a role in the threads getting ridiculous. During the Texans-Panthers game you went into the Texans thread and bashed the team and acted like an ass when the team was down two touchdowns. You have a bad reputation around here with this topic because you deserve it.
