Marcus Morris - Return of a lottery pick

    He got injured for a month. Give him time. We are probably planning a trade that opens a roster spot for him, and then we'll call him back up.

    They have said repeatedly that he is a special case (versus, say, Parsons), because they are asking him to convert from his college position to a new position. They want him to log a lot of minutes getting comfortable again playing SF. But, it's pretty obvious, they have a plan for him.

    I do too, as well as everyone else here. He is making a big positional transition. He has just recovered from an injury that sidelined him for a month. Allow him to get his legs under him again before they bring him up. Seems pretty logical to me.... Both Morey and Mchail have said that he will get rotation minutes.

    Jeremy Lin has nothing to do with Marcus. The Rockets didn't let him slip. They actually brought him in, then cut him because there was no room for him. Either way, saying Jeremy Lin is anything special at this point is a little comical....

    Thanks for bringing him up though. There hasn't been much talk about him these days...........................................................................
