but in reality, one threw a ball at a girl, and the other might have been the one to punch a dude from behind.
From the video I would gather that Marcus has common sense & applies it from time to time, more times than none. This being an example of him using it. It could be a PR move now that he is back in house, a legal move advised from his attorney post ticket, or whomever. Whatever the case may be he applied what he knows & or was told. That's logical. To go out on a limb I'll say majority of us don't know Kansas state law. For instance in the state of Texas if you get the police called for excessive noise now you instantly get a ticket. That's is new penal code. A few years ago they would just tell you keep noise minimal as possible & give you a warning notice. Due to excessive calls about it Texas Legislature has decided to make money off of this minuscule matter. Now I'm not saying that is Kansas law but it could be & maybe that is why Marcus got ticketed. I don't know, but I do know there is nothing posted in this thread saying Marcus himself punched anyone, thus far. Relax people, & stop with all the conclusions w/o conclusive evidence for you to do so. Unless you like being perceived as ignorant proceed.
Did you turn out to be a success in your career? If so, maybe this is a good omen for MM. If not, then I hope you find success and we should trade MM.
Cited for misdemeanor battery. We're talking fine and maybe community service. Why are you guys making this such a big deal? If it happens again then you start worrying.
