With Marcus hes the banger the rockets would need who can pull down 12-15 rebs a game and avg 14 points a contest. The only thing which is troubling is his injury prone. If he can keep uninjured he would be worth the askings.

I agree, nothing more than that. He's to injury prone to spend more on him and I would definitely not trade for him unless it involved only moochie.
