Depends. If he was driving with one of those HUGE silver visors, then no, it has nothing to do with race and everything to do with someone driving down the road with a FREAKING visor completely covering his window!
Did they refer to Marcus Camby as a star? 5 years ago, maybe. He'll go down in history as the worst defensive center ever to average 4 BPG. He also might be the last NBA player to average that many for a season.
Probably didn't involve race. He got pulled over around midnight, so it was probably hard to see who was driving the car, especially if a sun screen was on the windshield. I will say this, the Pearland police are pulling people over like crazy down here. A while back the city said it was short of money, and they were concerned that they may have to lay off some people that work for the city. Ever since then the police have been writing tickets like crazy. They will pull you over no matter what color you are.
