    The presumption of innocent until proven guilty in a court of law only applies in a court of law. He'll get that when he is brought up on criminal charges. In the mean time, stefanik will "stand by her man"... at least until she kicks him to the curb when its convenient.

    speaker johnson et al had to see that losing the one seat wasn't going to change the math anyway, they just hung on since they don't want to look like they weren't defending their fellow republicrook. Seems short sighted... they could have reduced the number of campaign ads featuring santos while giving the impression they care about ethics.

    Because they are worried about losing a seat in the special election.

    Which is a crazy thing to worry about if you believe the polls that the MSM reports as breaking news that the sky is falling for Democrats.

    Obviously the GOP leadership doesn’t believe the polls.
