    No. Just say no. The Rockets need a PF that can sink 38% from 3 point land, make a high % of free throws, and possesses a back to the basket game. I don't think that they will accept substitutes. The 3 best shots in the NBA. It is on Morey's charts.

    Gortat had his chance to come here. He spurned us. So no, I don't want him here now..

    I honestly think Gortat and Asik could not coexist. Both require to be in the paint. I don't know Gortat's game too well, but I doubt his mid-range game is amazing and I know for sure Asik's mid range is not.

    Scola would have fit perfectly with Asik, one scores and has a midrange game, the other plays defense and crashes the boards.

    I say you either keep Asik or trade for Gortat. From what I've seen though Gortat needs a pass first pg to be effective, while Asik hunts for his own (like a man!)

    How many PF's shoot 38% from 3 point line? Not that many, I believe.
