I honestly think Gortat and Asik could not coexist. Both require to be in the paint. I don't know Gortat's game too well, but I doubt his mid-range game is amazing and I know for sure Asik's mid range is not. Scola would have fit perfectly with Asik, one scores and has a midrange game, the other plays defense and crashes the boards. I say you either keep Asik or trade for Gortat. From what I've seen though Gortat needs a pass first pg to be effective, while Asik hunts for his own (like a man!)
