Agree, plus why is everyone comparing Scola/Landry vs Bosh since Morey probably won't move BOTH just one or the other. In reality the comparison should be...

    Landry/Scola < Bosh/Landry or Scola....the choice should be obvious.

scola's won internationally and Bosh is not a build around guy sorry.....Morey could have brought in Bosh in the offseason but he didnt pull the trigger because he believes Bosh is not a tier 1 player

Bosh will be the next Barkley/Malone big number guys with 0 rings

Carl Landry's stats compared to Bosh's if he played 35.1 minutes per game like Bosh.

    Carl Landry
    22.04 PPG
    7.56 RPG
    1.15 BPG
    .572 FG%

    Chris Bosh
    23.6 PPG
    11.4 RPG
    1.08 BPG
    .517 FG%

Bosh is the superior rebounder, but I wouldn't trade Landry for Bosh straight up just for the fact that Landry is so much cheaper then Bosh.

Big woop, Bosh has a gold medal then, completely irrelevant...

Are Malone/Barkley players you build around?

Are guys like KG and PP guys you build around?

It is a team game, but you need stars and role players, the Rox have 0 stars and a bunch of role players.

Where did you get the Morey thing from? Do you have a source or are oyu just making that up because you don't have anything yo backup your statement?

You do realize Bosh is getting double teamed every game right ?

I think there is too much though into if bosh resigns with houston, and the only way we can retain him is if we sign lebron/wade. What if there was a way to get cp3? Would any of yall be willing to give up brooks/landry and cheap contracts fo cp3? New Orleans is losing money so they are trying to save money and paul, although basically the whole team has 3 years left.

Think about this: Mcgrady for cp3+fillers, trade some of those fillers + scola/landry and brooks for cb4.

    cp3+bosh+yao?

    Think itll work?

That is not true of every possesion though...

Is there anywhere to get stats as to when a player is double teamed etc?

I know this isn't a popular sentiment, but Bosh is a superior defender. And under the Rockets coaching, could become a force inside. Landry has the problem of all good tweeners, mismatch on offense, mismatch on defense.

Unfortunately, fans will never see Bosh's defensive potential for as long as he plays on the Raptors.

yeah i have a source in an interview with 1560am Clutch said it a while back....it is a team game and we have a GREAT team right now dont mess with the chemistry by letting one of our great role players for a OVERRATED player...have the player coming in adjust to OUR team not the team adjust to the player

Thats cool, its your opinion, just don't go crazy and flame the current team when they get bounced in the first round like 80% of the guys of Clutchfans will do.

Bosh would be pretty much the ideal big man to start our offense as the big man in the high post.

Stranger things have happened. The trade could be something we didnt expect, or morey could blow us out of the water.

    http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=yfbkg8v

^ if anyone wants to take a look at that, it works. Yea, we rape alot of teams in the trade, but its not like they dont get anything back, and it also solves alot of our problems. Remember, stranger things have happened and this trade IS possible...if you want to take a look. Giving struggling teams assets with expiring contracts, while gaining greater assets and staying YOUNG.

This team isn't going to win a championship with what we have right now.

We need more than Yao coming back to make an impact in the playoffs.

A move to get Bosh or another legitimate All-Star possibly puts us with the other title contending teams in the league.

It's humorous how anytime a trade thread is posted on here everyone is so gung-ho for a trade to get done but nobody wants to give up talent.

TO GET TALENT YOU MUST GIVE TALENT.

    Trade will never happen.

How many times do you ever see a 4 team trade ?

That trade would probably one of the most prominent in the history of the NBA.

    Not happening. Ever.

I agree, I love our players too, but getting Bosh on this team takes our team to another level.

This is true, but im saying that these trades CAN happen. Not necessarily in a 4 team trade, but maybe individually, notice i left out the other teams trading with each other. The trade i posted was just strictly Houston 1 on 1 with those other teams.
