Yah, he's unbelievable! He always has Rockets info before anyone else gets 'em, he must have very good sources/connections inside the Rockets org.

Berman is number one, I watch his sports segment everyday, and then turn off the TV for good.

Should we fire back at the Suns and sign their version of Scott Padgett, Walter McCarty? ;)

Umm...I doubt that he would give up scoops to an anonymous caller, or even a friend, before he has a chance to go on his sports segment at night and be the first to report it. Why would he share his own scoops with a stranger?

You had a crush on Sachse? Interesting...

"The king is dead. Long live the king."

It's kind of a saying that means things are changing, but they aren't changing. Out with the old, in with the new. That sort of thing. It's just more poetic in French.

Even if Scott sucked, he played a key role in the Spurs comeback. His steal off the inbounds pass and subsequent lay-up set the stage for T-Mac's 13 in 35. Say what you want, but give the man his props.

Good luck, Scotty the Body, even if it is in that hellhole called PHX.

Didnt think we were going to sign him, too bad. I will remember his game winner against the Knicks in NYC and didn't he have a 3 point game winner against the Celtics also.

Wish we could have kept him and lost VB instead.

Good for Scott. He wasn't going to get any playing time here, and he'll be a good fit in Phoenix.

Good point! I guess that's what's been holding us back all this time, and we didn't even know it.

Out with the WBSS! (Just keep Barry and Sura, the only ones that matter)

i would have like them have signed him....would gave them a nice combo at pf...swift - insider player, howard - medium range, padgett - long range.....what makes me sad is that we kept Bowen over padgett....

Do you really want to get that kind of racist stupidity started again? (Substitute "black" or "brown" for "white" and see how many people get involved.)

No, you turn MB on for 'good'.

Notice his scoops? usually from agents. He works his connections hard, and effectively. Unlike his (lack of) competition.

I think using the racist label so loosely sort of takes the sting out of it. There's no way it applies here.
