    Nope, do not agree.

Why? Marbury was once good, perhaps if we all just think back to that Suns-Spurs game 1 series where Starbury won that game against the Spurs, that was good.

But now, Marbury got a older, he haven't played in a long time because of his problems with the team, which is a mess, and are you sure he could produce what Brooks or Alston can produce now-a-days?

I am a big fan of the Belgian Waffle. On a side note, on a recent trip to New Orleans I noticed a Waffle House nearly every other exit. What's up with that?!!?!?!?!

    Marbury > Rafer.

    Good enough for me.

That has nothing to do with waffles. Fail.

True, but Marbury is an excellent bounce passer, and makes fantastic waffles.

Please don't make post like this. I am so worried that Morey get inspiration from this board and get the deal done.

Man, I would not get Marbury in this team even if all I had to give him was a plate of waffles. Just wouldn't do it.

Can't you see how his own teamates hate him?

It takes alotta work to have your whole team despise you. I don't want that cancer around here.

I would rather talk about waffles.

If he gets released, I'd give him a 10 day contract to see what kind of mental and physical shape he was in. I mean, let's say he acted less like a crazy maniac he could be a weapon.

Waffles help you eat themselves. Now that's devotion.

DaDakota, I like the cut of your jibb-but you're a mad man if you would seriously take Starbury over Rafer Alston!

Get a grip man, don't you know having Francis and Marbury on your team in any role automatically triggers a team meltdown? Even if it didn't the ONLY way I would want Marbury is if he came here for cheap and was willing to fill Luther Head's role-with the possibility of him earning more minutes if his play warranted it. He would absolutely have to abide by whatever role he was needed to fill; keeping in mind that if he isn't willing to work and be a team player he would have no more than a token role on the team.

Also, we wouldn't be responsible for any serious money if he blew up and sucked within the first year... so, that's a lot of ifs, innit?

    Marbury? really?

OK, so we add "Star"bury to the roster...so does that mean that he warms the bench with Stevie, or will he be put into the starters role so that the city can, as one voice, scream 3 minutes into every game: "Please, god - play Brooks! Play Rafer...PLAY LUTHER HEAD!!!"

I do understand why some would want Marbury on this team - Ron Artest has yet to deliver any of the drama that we were told by everyone to expect. We haven't had the huffing and puffing, and crying and going into the stands...Ron Ron has been a disappointment in that regard, so bring in Steph, and he'll maked damned sure that the story is always about his feelings and not the product on the floor.

Or, we could not bring in Marbury, as he is a known waffle-hog. I know that back in the day, Dream played at an elite level during Ramadan...but I just don't think that Yao is ready to lace up the sneakers without a plate full of waffles that morning. Do we really want a waffle-free Yao on the court?

    I didn't think so.
