what's the different if we put sf in the rotation? both are similar type of players. at least sf is yao' buddy. he won't jinx yao's team success.
It would be weird to see KG and him together again. They were a pretty good pair.I don't think it would work out for Boston now and certainly not for the Rockets.

Marbury doesn't over dribble he has over the last few seasons found a balance and the thing about him is he can hit that open 20-23 footer if you leave him alone and he can do it consistently. Playing under larry brown and isiah the past 2 years has helped marbury balance his game and he can do what both francis and alston can do combined. The problem he is having now is staying focus with all the drams going over there he has lost drive to play to his level,maybe he needs a new scenary. But He is better than francis,altson and james
Franis might be more athletic but he doesn't have the point guard skills that marbury has. Marbury has point guard skills, he can set the team up and he can defer but more importantly he can shoot better than francis. Francis doesn't have better basketball IQ than marbury just ask larry brown and Isiah thomas. Francis played the shooting guard while marbury was teh point.
I really doubt that so long as we have Tracy and Yao. Still, we already have Steve. Let's take care of one issue at a time. Prioritize on keeping everyone on the roster happy over getting more problems.
Marbury and Francis are interchangeable. The both play the same. They could be twins. They both need the ball to be productive and they both need to dominate the ball. Marbury would be useless in Houston because he needs to be in T-Mac's role.
Marbury is basically a rich man's version of Francis. Add to the fact that he can actually run a pick and roll makes him 10x better than him. if we could trade them for each other that would be a dream come true

The man needs the ball extensively in his hands to create damage. All we need is a PG that can dribble past pressure defene, deliver the ball to our Superstars in their relative sweet spots efficiently and quickly (something Rafer does extremely well), play genuine team defense, run the break efficiently and hit 40% of open 3s. Sounds like Rafer with a decent jumpshot. Putting Marbury or Francis in the starting line up with Yao and Mac is like using Beef to make Chicken soup. It completely kills their strengths which is to dominate the ball and produce 20P 7-8A 4TO per game. We don't need that kind of PG. We need a shooter at PG with Rafer's relative strenghts for the PG spot. That is why Luther head cannot run the point for us. _ Blues
