Yeh, that's why you didn't see him coming down the lane at all when Yao was there. I'm sure we won't see any penetration from him when the Knicks play the Rockets in the future. Oh, did Yao always responded when got cheap shot, like the Wizard game, and this? Maybe that's the way to go with him if he can sustain that many blows --daoshi
It's all part of the game. When you ball and someone keep picking you. You give them a quick elbow to make them less oppurtunistic to set pics on you so I can't be mad at Marbury. It's a foul and he never got caught but its part of the game.
Starbury's just a little b**ch that had his butt handed to him AGAIN by the Rox, and he was frustrated. He had been making like a bug going into a windshield all game running through Rocket screens, couldn't get to the basket much at all (despite getting by Steve all night), and he was frustrated. He took a cheap shot because that's the kind of punk he is. Oh Well. Rockets still kicked their *ss. Evan
If you've ever been hit in the solar plexus, a small area just below the sternum, it's a whole different world of pain from getting hit in the ribs or stomach. It's paralyzing.
I just loved the shot of that Punk A** wearing a towel over his head that had a 100 rockets logos all over it...
solar plexus solar plexus, dense cluster of nerve cells and supporting tissue, located behind the stomach in the region of the celiac artery just below the diaphragm. It is also known as the celiac plexus. Rich in ganglia and interconnected neurons, the solar plexus is the largest autonomic nerve center in the abdominal cavity (see nervous system). Through branches it controls many vital functions such as adrenal secretion and intestinal contraction. Popularly, the term “solar plexus” may refer to the pit of the stomach. A blow to that area, if it penetrates to the true solar plexus, not only causes great pain but may also temporarily halt visceral functioning.
PAYBACK will come somewhere down the line: ...don't know when or from whom, but it will happen. It was a well placed cheap shot. The best payback, however, was kicking their butts again. What goes around comes around. D R
