How can they sue???? Let's put this in simple terms, with a real workld feel........ I'm a being hired by company "ABC".. At the time of employment my manager is Mr. Blue and I am over Project "Crap".... They like my work as an Architect and Project Lead and give me raise of 21 mil for 6 years... I did not twist their arm, put a gun to their head or threaten their family. All of a sudden Mr. Blue is replaced by Mr. White, I have a history for Mr. Red and I worked for him at Company "XYZ".. Mr. Red comes to me and tells me that he has no plans for me with the new IT organization and he's moving me to support. Now all of a sudden they are on this huge, high profile project and they need my help. Now I would and I HAVE told them NO THANK YOU..... I am fine where I'm at.... Now they have a choice... They can let lay me off... But they cannot SUE ME or penalize me in any way.... Now basiclly, Steph has done everything that they have asked him to do.. He showed up to camp and has done all that they have asked him to do, although they have told him that he's not in there plans. They have asked him not to dress up for games and still he has not complained... So I'm sorry but I don't agree with your statement.
