I have friends in very advanced I/S positions, that are engineers, and doctors that are regular pot smokers and have been since they were teenagers. They are comparatively far more intelligent than any of my other alcohol drinking friends. Your statement is just a byproduct of years of propaganda from the US government that shaped your views.
