Many in Jordan See Old Enemy in Attack: Israel

    I will point out that by not intentionally targeting civilians Israel has killed far more civilians than the Palestinian suicide bombers.

    I agree with you that there is a difference but at a certain point something has to be done to take more care.

    I agree they're not equivelant. What suicide bombers doing really is worse and is something we should object to. That being said, you have to acknowledge that Israeli retaliation tactics have also killed civilians and bystanders even though their intentions are not to.

    But overall, don't equate the two. As bad and poorly thought out as some Israeli retaliations are, those suicide bombings are intentional attacks that are designed to kill and devestate innocent civilians.

    Do I agree with bulldozing homes, fire bombing buildings, and missle attacks into civilian areas? No. Are their tactics excessive? I think so.

    But i think the best way to prevent that is to get rid of terrorism. There are just better ways to accomplish what needs to be accomplished. And...eventually the palestinians and israelis will need eachother.
