Too ambitous for Manny to take on this fight.

    Can Manny play point guard?

Mayweather is just wanting to put it on his terms. Manny would destroy Yuri Foreman, so I could see that happening before or after Mayweather. Yuri would also be a good test in terms of what kind of defensive fight he'll be in with mayweather.

What happened to the Pacquiao/Mayweather talks for the first week of May?

I am guessing this is negotiations ploy on Manny's (and Roach's) part. Just a way to say to Floyd, "Hey, we don't need you."

I do wonder what kind of PPV numbers a Manny-Foreman fight would do, though.

For Manny, this is not about money. Greatness is priceless. But it's not going to be easy for him. Foreman is a good boxer as well as DIRTY.

Yup. Not even worth watching. Foreman won his title on an undercard.

If his next opponent's not going to be Mayweather, I hope they're willing to settle things once and for all with Marquez. However, I'd want them to do it at 135, at most, and that may not be feasible if Manny wants to fight Floyd in the near future.

The holdup with Floyd is not money related. It's because Manny plans to run for office back home. The original date just gets moved. The new Dallas stadium is the likely location for Floyd-Pac.

They need to strike it while its hot. Get the fight done, whatever it takes. Pacquiao-Foreman and supposedly Mayweather-Matt Hatton might take some steam out of all this.
