This reminds me of a joke I came up with a few years back.... Q: Did you hear about the strand of hair that got sent to the hospital? A: He had a brush with death and ended up in a coma.
More accurate is aside from his rookie year, MJ's entire NBA career. MJ's rings only go back to '90-'91. That is selling my man short, that's only half the time he was down.
Forget all that . . . He has to watch the Matrix!! And then Matrix Reloaded!! That'll bake his noodle
Hmm...the article I read on this story about this guy is that after he began slowly talking with a few words...the nurse asked him if he needed anything and he said "make love to me". Then, it had some comment about his relative saying he never had a dirty mind and said things like that before the accident.
Once again, I must add a classic Simpsons quote: Man who just woke from coma: Are Sonny and Cher still together? Reporter: No. He's running for congress, and she won an Oscar. Man: Oh, goodbye world! *falls back into a coma*
My dad was in a coma when he was young for about a month after falling from a truck. His temper was short the whole time after his accident and he never walked normally after the coma.
This reminds me of the scene in Life when I think its Martin Lawrence gets out in public for the first time in like 40 years from being in prison for a crime he didnt commit. He was looking around at all the hippies and was like what heck is this? He's basically has a been born again only hes 39 years old now. Pretty incredible.
I live about 3 hours from Mountain View and this story hasn't been very big around here for some reason.
this reminds me of the South Park episode "Prehistoric Ice Man" where they thaw out a guy who was frozen in 1996 and he wakes up in 1999. "As you can see, the ice man is listening to Ace of Base, which was a very popular group during his era, and primitive drummings soothed his people's tempers" "Ah! Here we see the ice man trying to gain Internet access on the computer. The Internet was still not very big in his time, so the Web frightens and confuses him"
