DOD, I understand and agree..to a point. What this guy did was violent, disgusting, gross, and whole lot of other crap. However, it's this whole getting jail time for cruelty to animals stuff...I think that is a hypocritical standard of our meat eating society. Again how is slaughtering cows and eating them not cruel? The reason we hear about puppies being shredded is because it happened in this country. If a dog was put into a shredder in Russia, I doubt it would be news here. If you want to discuss more important global issues such as what you've mentioned above, then why don't you start threads about it? Instead of complaining about everyone caring about puppies, why don't you step up and try to talk about what you think is more important by starting topics on said subjects? i agree with DoD. we all talk about this stuff then go on and eat our cows and chickens. That would make us hypicrits.
