Man Sentenced to Prison because Girl lied about her age on Myspace

They originally charged him with a 1st degree felony , and reduced it to a third because of the circumstances of the situation . They said they were "doing him a favor " by letting him off on a lesser charge . He was pretty much charged with exposing himself to a minor . He took the jail time on his own , because he would rather do 2 years in jail and be on parole , than do 10 years of probation .
