    In Texas, just about everyone keeps guns around and, in this case, the suspect's house had been burglarized the day before.

    In this case, what leads you to believe the suspect led that kind of lifestyle? They found no drugs whatsoever.

    And even with all this control, even in situations where the person doing the accusing is an undercover police officer, egregious violations of civil rights occur frequently.
