Maybe give her parking tickets duty, not a gun and position where she can't even hold her own. That's not to say what happened in NC is the same. Separate instances need to be looked at separately. What happened in NC is pretty sad. The police apparently asked him to drop his gun repeatedly. I think it's important to wait for all the facts to be in with these types of situation but the community reacting to this before all the facts are in - definitely a problem.

Of course we see many of our right wing (bigoted) friends here jumping to conclusions as well.
