You should just wear clip on earrings. Why risk infection?

 

And as an additional update, most earring holes don't close fully. I haven't worn one in over 10 years, and you can still see an earring hole. Especially if you went with a large gauge, which I didn't.

 

Yeah, it's been seven years since I've worn mine and you can still see the holes.

 

One looks ridiculous.

If you're going to do it, just get them both done.

And small studs are better than hoops.

 

Well, I like hoops.

 

Just DON'T.

If you must, go with a stud, one ear, MUST be on the left ear as someone else said. That is the un-ghey-est way to do it.
