I would add in that your personal lexicon doesn't have that much to do with grammar. To me, grammar is just forming sentences correctly - not the words that you use.

 

Michael Scott is the king of the malaprop. My personal favorite:

"Today I am headed over to the job fair at Valleyview high school to find some new interns. Get some fresh blood. Um, euthanize this place."

Archie Bunker is the President and CEO of Malapropism, Inc. You can easily write a book on his malapropisms:

I think somebody already mentioned it, but the best one I've seen on this board is "for all intensive purposes". lol. I must've stared at that laughing for about 5 minutes straight.

 

My sense of humor is very self-defecating.
