Mudler, I agree he is overpaid. But you are too simplistic. Your attempt to be so DRAMATIC is wasted on me.

We've had very similar arguments like this in the past here.

Here's what we determined. A professional athlete spends more than 8 hours per day, on average, doing team related things. Regardless of how difficult you think they are, they are MANDETORY. Also remember that their travel schedule is basically 24x7. They have ZERO personal life and often travel at 3am.

At that rate of pay, I don't feel bad for them. I'm just saying that it is not as easy as it looks.

I bet that Karl Malone's hourly rate is much higher at 19mil a year. DRobinson is probably high too and he isn't as productive. So whatever. Too simplistic. Next.

    Agreed.

Anything that is done for the Rockets or the NBA as an organization is basically "working". No matter how easy it is.

But you can't rag on them for having an easy job, unless you're that jealous.

Well, if you calculate his contract by number of dribbles, turnovers, and fouls committed on the shooter, rather than hours worked, it’s a lot less than $166,957.

Bill Gates still gets more than all Rockets combined at any moment.

Well, amybe not. Anyone remember that annoying e-mail that compared Jordan and Gates?

LOL. It is when you have to go to Mission Impossible lengths to make sure that your piss isn't the one that's tested for drugs. Mooch looks like a big Peter Tosh fan, if you know what I mean.

The Rockets success lies in the hands of Francis and Yao.

    Anyone else, is just gravy.

The Bulls still would have won w/out Jason Caffey and Steve Kerr.

It just would have taken a little longer.

Moochie must be part of a package! There is no place on our team for the 'King of Dribble Mania'.
