To be honest ...it's almost a relief. I was convinced that this latest keeping Dwight talk by Orlando was just posturing, but it does appear that they are gonna play hardball and are willing to risk another half a season at the circus. I don't think that should influence Morey's offer. Standing pat with our rookies has got to be better than caving. My only question is: why the delay for Lamb?

If the Magic really wanted to deal with the Rockets, the trade would have happened already. Especially after seeing how these guys produced during SL.

Maybe a deal has been agreed to? D-Mo on the way out Aug 5?

I suppose it's possible. I mean we still have Parsons as well. I doubt it though.

The talks about the rookies sign could be our last effort to call Orlando's bluff , rocket are willing to go with our youth. It's really a favarable outcome for the rockets either way

Nah, if anything, we are opening a new chapter: Tanking, er ....I mean, development of our young talent.

We'll win at least 30 games and probably 35. :(

I just have to say: as much as i like Parsons, if he's holding up a Dwight deal, or if management would rather include Lamb or D-Mo than Parsons, someone is making a terrible mistake. I am tried of Parsons being mentioned in the same sentance as D-Mo and Lamb. Both our rookies have a much higher upside than Chandler Parsons!

No wonder Morey tweeted what he tweeted the other day. How we have young players and how we are top 5 in cap room and such. Let's face it, it was a spin job. This is the team we're rolling with. No Dwight.

Don't we still need to make a move in order to clear out our 4-spot?

I think Parsons or D-Mo will be in the deal.

Still underestimating Morey's roleplayer finding ability, I see. Lin, Asik, Parsons, and Martin keep us, sadly, mediocre... and Martin probably isn't going anywhere till at least the deadline unless a Howard trade does go through.

So Lamb and DMo could be traded aug 5 .don't like this .

Hopefully Lamb just wasn't available to sign today.Would have felt better if he was inked.

maybe Morey is trolling Orlando- Stating that Lamb up next in the coming days?(putting the pressure on Magic to accept) why wouldnt they sign Lamb now, why wait until the coming days. something is definately brewing, i say something like D-Mo, Lamb, maybe Parsons and some of our picks? just saying

More likely Lamb just isn't in town until then. I hope you are right.

    It's an outside possibility.

They did this year. Morey isn't the type to get his panties in a twist over another team taking their time. He may move on with plans, but as long as deal benefits Rockets, he'll do it.
