Casyeh is probably confusing test results after drug treatment with being a cure. People reach undetectable levels of HIV all the time with the drug cocktail. It happens to most patients. It just means the test can't find it, it doesn't mean that the virus is out of the system. I know people that have Hepatitis B(another virus) where there levels drop to undetectable levels with anti-virals.
