Damn this will be the first year I missed on Madden when it came out. Damn school payment last week killed me.
Just played my bro and we did Texans vs Cowgirls.....needless to say Andre Johnson raped the crap outta him with 300+ yards himself...then again he was the only person I needed to throw to...killed him
Same here... I understand that the Wii is a "family friendly" console, but why can't they just make a realistic friggin football game for it? You could still make a realistic game with decent graphics and hardcore footballers would be happy. Last year's Madden for the Wii was the worst version of Madden I've ever played (And I've played pretty much every version they've made, starting with Super Nintendo.). They couldn't even put franchise mode in?!?!? And don't get me started about the cartoon wrestlers running the field...
The Wii doesn't have a fraction of the firepower of a 360 or PS3 so that is what you get. Hell, it's not even true High Def.
Will get it eventually for my Ps3 (i'm not freaking waiting in a line though) Haven't upgraded since 08
Ehh....I don't play online so I couldn't tell you anything about that. But the graphics are a wee bit better, and I like the commentary. The kicking system is different. The best thing to me though is the running game. They force you to find the holes, and not just sprint every time you get the ball. It's called auto-sprint, but you can turn that off if you'd like, and just go back to the RT. They move a little differently, you can scroll through players on defense to pick one, as well as use B or A (360) to go through players one way or the other. Overall, I think it's slightly better than last year's. Nothing to jump out of your seats for.
The gameflow feature was kind of corny, but quicker. Audibles takes awhile, or maybe I'm not using it right. The sideline looks better, coaches players, etc... Andre Johnson easily catches everything. Schaub's arm seems a little weaker on this version. Texans ratings is 84 Colts rating 89 I could've sworn I saw the Texans rating as 78 though, so confused. Commentary is much much better, makes the game alot more realistic than last years.

I just realize the catches near the sidelines are much better.. players would try to tippy toe their legs in instead of last years horrible game play out of bounds.
