I couldn't care less. How does it feel being a shallow sellout?

still, he showed a lot more potential than mario williams did. if I had to pick one after seeing thier performances last season, I would pick bush.

Based on their performances last season, you'd have to take a number of players before Bush... including Vince, DeMeco, Maurice Jones-Drew, Marques Colston, etc.

Yup. Putting a 3.6 YPC back behind that offensive line is all the Texans need to get to the next level!!!

Go back and watch the Jets-Texans game. Watch Mario destroy D'Brickashaw by himself and do reasonably well against the double team. That game made me a Mario believer. He was a much better pick than Reggie.

Well not really related but I did run into Mario Williams yesterday at 702. He was chillin in his orange lamborghini talking to some friends of his I guess. I did not see any frantic, screaming women in the car but she may have been hiding.

And will continue to be so for the forseeable future. As I posted before, if you cannot tolerate the national ridicule, then go out and grow yourself a thicker skin because we will be reliving the 2006 draft until Mario Williams starts producing...whenever that happens.

Naw, it's exactly what he deserves for allowing Casserly & Capers to turn his team into the Houston Oilers (and I don't mean the Luv Ya Blue Oilers).

to fully appreciate mario williams, you need to see him in person. he's consistently disruptive; the guy is a beast. i was able to take in two texan games last year, and his speed and motor are, believe me, impressive. he's ALWAYS around the ball. always. i lost count of how often he was in dallas' backfield. he still has a ways to go, but i'd buy a lot of stock in that guy right now if i could.

i mean, if the foot really was a factor last year... man, oh man...

oh, and btw - suck it, titan fans: we just signed the ncaa '08 cover boy, you ****ers!! (holding hand up, waiting for high fives............)

Sounds like those guys were bitter that they couldn't become Texans. Why talk about and bring it up all the time if they don't care and are happy where they are? :) :D

so you're saying the texans will never improve their offensive line?
drafting would be step one to get to the next level. quit making excuses for your team.

So they're supposed to ignore the defensive line, secondary and all the other areas that were also among the worst in the league?

They'll eventually improve the offensive line - hopefully this year if Spencer returns healthy and productive - but Bush's production as a runner in New Orleans proves that he's far from being great, even with an excellent OL (like the one in New Orleans).

bush is a game changer and he is a playmaker. i agree. you win games with the O-line and D-line, but you need play makers too. the texans have andre johnson and thats it...but trade down to get mario williams...get more picks. dont justify that pick at #1. you need playmakers..they shouldve have traded down this year too.

No doubt he deserves it for being dumb but i know his blood is the same temp as boiling water everytime he sees Young or Bush in a commercial.

Wow they put him on the cover of NCAA 08? I thought it would be A.P. or Calvin Johnson. Atleast somebody that most college fans know.

Everybody who would buy that game knows who Jared Zabransky is. Beating Zero U in the way he did has permanently etched his name into College football lore.

so who are they supposed to trade down with if no one wants to trade up? you're assuming the Texans didn't want to trade down, w/o assuming that someone didn't want to trade up to 10. why do people always forget it's a two way street?
